The sheriff creates local law-enforcement files, the detention center maintains custody and booking information, and the Fourth Judicial District clerks keep court documents. The New Mexico Department of Public Safety, Law Enforcement Records Bureau maintains the fingerprint-linked central repository and the state registry. We organize verified contact details, request methods, official portals, and access limits so the agency split is easier to follow.

- We do not issue certified court documents, arrest files, or repository histories
